Instructions
Heat water to 175°F and steep white tea bags for 5–7 minutes, then let it cool.
Stir in honey or sugar while the tea is hot, then set aside to cool completely.
Roll and juice lemons, remove seeds, and strain for smooth lemon juice.
Combine guava juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and guava syrup in a pitcher and adjust sweetness.
Pour cooled tea into the guava mixture, stir, refrigerate, then serve over ice with garnish.
