Ingredients

Garlic Topping:

  • 6 cloves Garlic - Minced

  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter - Optional for richness
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese - Grated sprinkle on top
  • Flaky sea salt - To finish

  • Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast until foamy to start fermentation.
  • Mix flour, salt, and olive oil into yeast mixture until sticky and shaggy.
