  • 1.5 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce - For color and depth
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil - Divided for stir-frying

Your Protein Pick:

  • 1 lb Chicken shrimp, pork, beef, or tofu - Thinly sliced; tofu should be pressed

Vegetables:

  • 1 Onion - Sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper - Sliced into strips
  • 1 cup Chinese broccoli - Or substitute with regular broccoli
