For the Glaze:

Instructions
Chop onion and bell pepper; sauté until soft; let cool
Preheat oven and prep loaf pan
Mix beef, pork, eggs, milk, crackers, cheddar, and extras
Add sautéed veggies to meat mixture and combine gently
Form loaf and transfer to pan
Mix glaze and apply first half; bake 45 minutes
Apply remaining glaze; bake 15–20 more minutes
Let meatloaf rest before slicing
