  • 1 oz Averna amaro - Or Nonino Cynar, Montenegro, Ramazzotti
  • 2 dashes - Angostura bitters
  • Ice cubes - For stirring
  • 1 Brandied cherry - Garnish
  • 1 strip Orange peel - Optional garnish

Instructions

  • Place a coupe or rocks glass in the freezer for 15 minutes or fill with ice water while preparing the drink.
