Ingredients

  • 8–10 oz Filtered water - Room temp or slightly warm
  • 1–2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar - Raw, unfiltered, with the “mother”
  • 1–2 teaspoon Raw honey - Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 Lemon - Fresh juice from half a lemon
  • 1 pinch Sea salt - Optional, for mineral balance
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon - Optional, for flavor and metabolism
  • 1 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger - Optional, for digestion and spice
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper - Optional, for metabolism boost

Instructions

  • Pour 8–10 oz of filtered water into a mason jar or glass. Use room temperature or slightly warm water.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Gradually increase to 2 tablespoon over time.
  • Add 1–2 teaspoon raw honey, juice of half a lemon, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until honey dissolves.
  • Add optional boosters: cinnamon, ginger, cayenne, or turmeric. Stir and taste.
  • Sip slowly 15–30 min before breakfast. Rinse mouth after. Wait before brushing teeth.
