  • 1 cup Fresh spinach - Roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper - To taste

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest - Adds brightness
  • ½ cup White wine - Deglazing and flavor depth
  • ¼ cup Sun-dried tomatoes - Julienne cut
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme - Leaves only

Instructions

  • Brown sausage and chicken in a large pot, then remove and set aside.
