  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese - Freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt - To taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper - Freshly cracked
  • ½ cup Pasta water - Reserved from cooking
  • Optional Parsley Chopped - for garnish
  • Optional Mushrooms - Sautéed
  • Optional White wine - Splash for depth

Instructions

  • Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, and reserve a cup of cooking water.
