  • 1 Lime - Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro - Chopped

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon Sour cream - Or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt Pinch

Toppings Optional but Recommended:

  • 1 Avocado - Sliced or diced
  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes - Halved
  • 2 tablespoon Cotija cheese - Extra for garnish
  • 1 Lime wedges - On the side
  • Hot sauce - To taste
