Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan yogurt I used oat milk skyr for creaminess
  • cups fresh strawberries sliced (ripe and sweet)
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam or pureed berries for natural sweetness
  • 1 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate melted (for drizzling)
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes for topping

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, gently fold together the sliced strawberries, vegan yogurt, and strawberry jam until evenly combined.

  • Scoop half of the mixture into 6–8 mounds on the prepared sheet, spacing them apart. Insert a popsicle stick into each mound. repeat with remaining mixture to layer slightly over the first layer.
  • Freeze the clusters for at least 4.5 hours until completely firm.

  • Once frozen, drizzle melted chocolate over each cluster and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Return to the freezer briefly until the chocolate sets.
  • Let the clusters sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying for a softer bite.
