Ingredients

Oat Base

  • 2 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats - ~160 g
  • 2 cups Milk of choice - dairy or unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt - ~240 g; any fat %
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Fine salt

Cheesecake Layer

  • 6 oz Cream cheese softened - ~170 g; room temp is key
  • 3 tablespoon Powdered sugar - or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Strawberry Layer

  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries diced - ~300 g, divided (save some for topping)
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup - honey/agave OK
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch - tiny pinch; helps thicken juices

Finishing Touches (optional)

  • 4 tablespoon Graham cracker crumbs - 1 tablespoon per jar
  • ½ cup Whipped cream - optional
  • Extra strawberries sliced - for topping

Instructions

  • Wash strawberries, soften cream cheese, prep jars, measure ingredients.
