  • ½ cup Powdered sugar - sifted
  • ½ cup Heavy cream - chilled
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups Strawberries - diced fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch - mixed with 1 teaspoon water
  • Whipped cream - optional garnish
  • Mint leaves - optional garnish
  • Graham cracker crumbs - optional garnish
  • White chocolate shavings - optional garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare strawberries, crush crackers, and soften cream cheese
    Cheesecake ingredients: Fresh strawberries, butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers arranged flat on a wooden board.
  • Combine crumbs with butter and sugar, then press into liners
