Ingredients

Base:

  • 6 cups Crispy Rice Cereal - Toasted 7-8 mins
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • ½ cup tbsp Butter - Unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Caramel Layer:

  • 14 oz Soft Caramels - Or homemade caramel
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup butter - Unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Chocolate Coating:

  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil - Helps with smooth coating
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Flakes - For topping

Instructions

  • Melt butter and marshmallows until smooth.
