  • 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 100 g softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch - ground nutmeg

Cream Cheese Glaze:

  • 120 g cream cheese - room temperature
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tbs pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tb lemon zest

Instructions

  • Mix sourdough starter, milk, flour, sugar, and salt
  • Add eggs and butter, knead until smooth
