Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. radishes fresh, trimmed of stems and roots
  • 1.5 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin for the best flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim the stems and any long roots from the radishes. Rinse them thoroughly in a colander.
