Ingredients

  • 1 cup White rum - Substitute with coconut or spiced rum
  • ½ cup Coconut cream - NOT coconut milk
  • 1 to 1.5 cups Pineapple chunks - Fresh or frozen
  • 1.5 cups Ice cubes - More if needed for consistency
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice - Fresh squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional - for depth
  • 1 pinch Salt - Balances flavor
  • 1–2 tbsp Simple syrup - Adjust to tasteor use sugar/honey

Instructions

  • Freeze the glasses for 5 minutes and gather all your ingredients.

  • Measure out the rum, coconut cream, lime juice, and sweetener.
