Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs - Room temperature preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Milk or cream - For extra fluff
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or oil - For cooking
  • to taste Salt & pepper
  • ¼cup Filling of choice - Cheese veggies, meats etc.

Instructions

  • Crack eggs, add milk, salt, pepper, then whisk until smooth.
