Instructions
Preheat oven, line the pan with parchment, zest and juice lemons, and melt butter
Whisk melted butter with sugar, add eggs one at a time, then stir in lemon juice, zest, and vanilla
Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined, being careful not to overmix
Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs
Cool completely in the pan, then prepare lemon glaze with sugar, juice, and zest to drizzle on top
