Ingredients

  • 2 inches Fresh ginger root - Yields ~7 Tbsp juice; peel with spoon
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice - About 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice - Optional “sweetener” splash
  • 3.5 teaspoon Raw honey - Start with ½ tsp per shot; adjust to taste
  • ¾ teaspoon Turmeric powder - Add black pepper to boost absorption
  • pinch Cayenne pepper - For extra heat optional
  • pinch Black pepper - Aids turmeric absorption nearly undetectable taste

Instructions

  • Peel fresh ginger and grate it until very finely shredded
