Ingredients

Steak

  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak - cut into 1-inch cubes 680 g
  • 1 teaspoon salt - or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper - freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Potatoes

  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved - or small red potatoes (680 g)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme - chopped or 1 teaspoon dried

Garlic Butter

  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic - finely minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice - fresh squeezed

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary - chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes - for heat

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes and steak, mince garlic, preheat skillet
