  • 1 lb mushrooms - Button cremini, or baby bella; sliced ¼-inch
  • 6 cloves garlic - Minced
  • 3 tablespoon butter - Or vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & pepper - To taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes - Optional
  • 1 handful fresh parsley - Chopped for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice - Fresh squeezed

Instructions

  • Cut cauliflower, slice mushrooms, and mince garlic ready for cooking.
