Ingredients

  • 1 medium Dragon fruit fresh or frozen - Peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium Banana - Peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup Coconut water or regular water - Optional liquid base
  • ½ cup Ice cubes - For texture and cooling
  • ½ cup Mango chunks optional - For extra sweetness and creaminess
  • ¼ cup Pineapple pieces optional - For tropical flavor
  • 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt optional - For extra creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup optional - For sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice - Optional for extra tang

Instructions

  • Cut dragon fruit in half, scoop out flesh, and slice the banana. Have ice cubes and other ingredients ready.

  • Place dragon fruit, banana, and liquid into the blender. Add ice cubes and any optional ingredients (mango, pineapple, etc.). Blend on low to high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.

  • If too thick, add more liquid. If too thin, add more frozen fruit. Blend again to desired thickness.
