Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 Garlic cloves - roasted or minced
  • 8 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives - minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Large eggs - beaten
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter - for finishing

Instructions

  • Mix garlic, herbs, and butter, then roll into log and freeze
