Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Warm water - About 110°F
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast - 1 packet
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar - Helps yeast activate
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour - Or half whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil - Plus extra for pan
  • 1 teaspoon Salt - Fine
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded mozzarella - Or provolone Monterey Jack
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan - Or Asiago/Romano
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder - Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning - Or oregano + basil
  • 3 tablespoon Melted butter - Or olive oil dairy-free
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic minced - For butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley - Or fresh
  • pinch Salt - For garlic butter

Instructions

  • Mix warm water with yeast and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
    Mixing the ingredients for the dough in a bowl.
  • Add flour, oil, and salt. Knead until smooth (about 5 minutes).
