Instructions
Line pan with parchment, soften cream cheese, measure ingredients
Combine white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat until melted
Remove from heat, add cream cheese, beat until smooth, stir in vanilla and salt
Pour into pan, smooth top, add toppings or swirls
Refrigerate 3–4 hours until firm, then cut into squares to serve
