  • 10-12 pieces Cherry tomatoes - Optional for added flavor and color
  • 2tbsp tablespoon Red wine vinegar - Adds tangy flavor
  • 2tbsp tablespoon Fresh parsley - For garnish

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ¼cup cup White wine - For added depth of flavor
  • ½tsp teaspoon Red pepper flakes - For a mild spice
  • 1tbsp tablespoon Capers - Optional adds briny flavor

Instructions

  • Rinse and dry the octopus, removing beaks and eyes.
