Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Hass avocados - halved pitted
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice - plus more to taste
  • 1 clove Fresh garlic - finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon Fine sea salt - adjust to taste
  • 3 oz Cream cheese - softened
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro - chopped
  • 2 Green onions - chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
  • teaspoon White pepper - optional
  • 1 tablespoon Dill pickle juice - “secret” flavor booster
  • Optional add-ins - jalapeño Greek yogurt, dill

Instructions

  • Soften cream cheese 30 minutes before. Halve avocados, pit, juice limes, chop cilantro and green onions.

  • Mash avocados until mostly smooth. Add lime juice immediately. Mix in softened cream cheese, then fold in sour cream and mayo.

  • Pulse in food processor 3–4 times for creaminess. Gradually add salt, cumin, white pepper. Fold in cilantro and onions.
