Instructions
Soften cream cheese 30 minutes before. Halve avocados, pit, juice limes, chop cilantro and green onions.
Mash avocados until mostly smooth. Add lime juice immediately. Mix in softened cream cheese, then fold in sour cream and mayo.
Pulse in food processor 3–4 times for creaminess. Gradually add salt, cumin, white pepper. Fold in cilantro and onions.
Stir in 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice for bright flavor.
Cover with plastic wrap directly on surface. Chill 30 minutes. Taste and adjust lime/salt before serving.
