  • 1 Banana - Frozen banana
  • 1cup Frozen Mixed berries - e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • ½cup Liquid Liquid of choice - e.g. coconut milk, almond milk, etc.
  • 1tsp Sweetener Honey or maple syrup - Optional

Toppings:

  • ½cup Fresh Strawberries - Sliced
  • ½cup Fresh Blueberries
  • ¼cup Granola Granola or muesli
  • 1tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1tbsp Sliced almonds

Optional Boosters:

  • 1 tablespoon Cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon Protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon Almond butter - Swirl design
  • 1leaf Fresh Mint leaves - For garnish frozen in coconut water
